6/1 - Picnic at Hickman Park

11am-2pm: Kick off pride month at this casual pride-themed picnic. Wear your favorite pride-themed clothes and bring a favorite dish to share!

 

6/2- Trivia at Brigid's Bottleshop

6:30-9pm: Join drag king host extraordinaire Pam Jobb for this fun-filled event. Brigid’s will donate 10% of the night’s profits to Edmonds Pride, and no buy-in is required to participate. All ages welcome. 

 

6/4 - Writing Rainbow (Zoom)

6:30-8:30pm: Join the Writing Rainbow—a writer’s group for LGBTQIA2S+ folks and allies hosted by Under the Rainbow—for an evening of works-in-progress sharing and writing support. Visit https://undertherainbowedmonds.org for the Zoom link.

 

6/9 - Out Loud! Storytelling Concert

6pm-7:30pm: Sponsored by Under the Rainbow, the event will feature several incredible queer storytellers: Manny Lopez, Joselito Castillo, and Chris Spengler. At the Plaza Room. 

 

6/20 - Pride Film Extravaganza @ ECA

Doors at 6pm: Sponsored by Edmonds Pride and hosted by Pam Jobb. The film, Pride (2014), is an inspiring true story about a group of lesbian and gay activists who joined forces to support British miners during the 1984 strike. Tabling and socializing with local community members and partner orgs will happen in the lobby from 6pm-7pm. Don’t miss this powerful celebration of resilience, activism, and unity!

6/21 - Zine Workshop  at the Edmonds Library

1-3pm: Learn about the ins and outs of storytelling through this unique medium that blends visuals and the written word.  Hosted by Under the Rainbow in collaboration with RJ Jordan of Push/Pull Underground Art and Comix. RSVP to undertherainbowedmonds@gmail.com Space is limited.
 

6/22 - Bi+ Pride Night at Churchkey

6pm-11pm: Celebrate the Bi, pan, and polysexual+ community at Churchkey with fun themed drinks and food! All (21+) are welcome, and wearing your preferred pride colors is encouraged! Churchkey will donate a portion of the night’s profits to Edmonds Pride, The Gender Justice League, and the Seattle Pan Bi Alliance.

 

6/23 - Dungeons & Dragons Pride Night @ The Library

5:30-7pm: Join the Queer Adventurer’s Guild for a fun-filled gaming night! Led by Game Mentors and featuring a series of one-shot Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, board games, and more. No experience necessary! To reserve your spot, send an email to undertherainbowedmonds@gmail.com

 

6/28 - Edmonds PrideFest! at

Civic Center Playfield

2-6pm: An afternoon of joy, connection, and celebration for all ages! Hosted by the newly-formed Edmonds Pride nonprofit, and with the one and only Maya Men Saab as our Emcee, the festival will feature live music, captivating storytellers, a bustling market, and more!
