Our Mission is to host events, create leadership opportunities, and provide education that supports, strengthens, and connects the LGBTQIA2S+ community in Edmonds, Washington.

Rowan is an LGBTQIA+ advocate and community organizer who grew up in the City of Edmonds. He has been participating in community advocacy for over five years, getting his start in Highschool through Planned Parenthood's Teen Council program. Since then, Rowan has organized protests, provided education, and currently participates in multiple advocacy and advisory groups in Edmonds.
As the Director of Edmonds Pride, the founder of Edmonds Queer Youth Alliance, and as member of the Edmonds Climate Advisory Board, and Edmonds Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility Commission, Rowan is a fierce advocate for his community. Throughout his work Rowan emphasizes community, respect, accessibility, and education.
In his free time Rowan can almost always be found listening to music. He often combines this with dancing, roller skating, or just walking around Edmonds.

Alex has worked in nonprofits for over a decade, and currently works as a mental health therapist specializing in work with queer youth and young adults.
As a member of the queer and disabled communities, Alex is particularly interested in intersectionality and accessibility as it relates to the Edmonds LGBTQIA2S+ community.
In her free time, Alex is an avid fiction reader, a hobbyist sculptor, and a gnome wizard.

Holly came to Edmonds Pride through their longtime involvement with our partner, Under the Rainbow. They have two biological kids and several Rainbow kids.
